The back streets, alleyways and forgotten corners of Hong Kong are a constant source of inspiration for me.

In contrast with my more commercial forms of photography, my street photography is purposefully distant and often dark. I like to use hard light to isolate lone characters from the hordes, and surround them with deep shadow. A creative use of negative space is also an important feature of my work.
